Groups/Classes

Envisioning a community where individuals and families have access to holistic, high-quality mental health care that honors their unique journeys and fosters resilience, connection, and authenticity.
Psychoeducational Groups
These groups provide information and guidance on specific mental health topics, helping participants better understand themselves and their experiences. They combine education with opportunities for discussion and personal reflection.
Skill-Building Groups
Focused on practical strategies, these groups teach and practice tools for coping, communication, emotional regulation, stress management, distress tolerance, and other areas that promote personal growth and resilience.
Classes
Structured, topic-specific sessions designed to teach concepts and techniques that support mental, emotional, and relational well-being. Classes may include presentations, exercises, and take-home resources.
Psychoeducational groups, skill-building groups, and classes will be offered periodically throughout the year to meet the evolving needs of our clients and community.
Eligibility:
Participants must complete our consent-to-services process before joining. You do not have to be actively receiving counseling to participate.
